超偏载检测装置波形图在报警分析中的应用

摘　　要：铁道货车超偏载检测装置用于在货车运行过程中测量货车轮重,判定货车超载和偏载状态,广泛应用于铁路货场和编组站。在日常运用中,超偏载检测装置检测到货车超载或偏载等异常后,会发出报警。目前,存在部分误报警现象,给铁路货运组织带来影响。利用运行中货车通过超偏载检测装置时形成的波形图,找出设备报警原因,从而发现超偏载检测装置运用中存在的问题和不足,并提出提升超偏载检测装置准确率的措施。The overload and unbalanced load detection device for railway freight cars is used to measure the wheel weight of freight cars during the operation of freight cars,and determine the overload and unbalanced load status of freight cars.It is widely used in railway freight yards and marshalling stations.Overload and unbalanced load detec⁃tion device in daily use will detect truck overload or unbalanced load and other abnormalities,and gives an alarm.However,there are some false alarms,which affect the railway freight transportation organization.By using the wave⁃form when the freight car passes through the overload and unbalanced load detection device,the reason of these is found,so as to find the issues and deficiencies in the application of the overload and unbalanced load detection de⁃vice,and the measures to improve the accuracy are raised.
