摘 要:针对牵引变电所电气信息采集不全面,保护系统无自检功能、较难确保故障迅速识别和切除的现状,本文提出一种基于分散采集、数据同步比对的故障综合管理系统,实现对牵引变电所电气信息的全面采集,通过研究采集数据的全面性、连续性、准确性、可靠性、抗干扰性等,实现故障精确预警与诊断。通过试验,该系统能够高效识别设备运行缺陷,提升自检能力,弥补现有牵引变电所电气保护与管理系统的不足,为新一代牵引变电所二次设计提供参考。With regard to the situations of incomplete collection of electrical information of traction substation,impossibilities to identify or remove the faults due to that there is no self-inspection function on the protection system,the paper puts forward an integrated fault management system on the basis of decentralized collection and data synchronized comparison,which is able to realize the complete collection of electrical information of traction substation,realize accurately the pre-warning and diagnosis of the faults through studies of completeness,continuity,accuracy,and anti-interference of the collected data.Through tests,the system is able to identify with high efficiency the operational defects of equipment,improve the self-inspection capability,compensate the disadvantages of the existed electrical protection and management system of the traction substation,provide reference for the design of secondary system of traction substation of a new generation.
