摘  要:高铁电气牵引网中经常出现为确保继电保护系统可靠性而牺牲选择性的做法,若要兼顾保护系统的可靠性和选择性必须采取更为有效的继电保护模式。高速铁路采用的全并联AT供电方式以供电臂为基本组成单元,优化供电臂的继保模式对改善牵引网继电保护系统性能大有助益。本文通过对现行的高速铁路继电保护方案进行分析,从工程实际出发整理得到建模依据,遵照IEC 61850通信规约有关规定构建逻辑设备模型,并配置逻辑节点参数,逐步构建供电臂线路保护的IED模型。采用OPNET网络仿真软件进行的仿真实验证明,采用该方法建立的供电臂线路保护IED模型可以有效提升继电保护性能,且概念清晰、算法简单。The practice of sacrificing selectivity to protect the reliability of relay protection system often occurs in high-speed railway electric traction network.In order to give considerations to both the reliability and selectivity of the protection system,a more effective relay protection mode must be adopted.The full parallel AT power supply mode adopted by high-speed railway takes the power supply section as the basic unit,and an optimized relay protection mode of power supply section is helpful to improve the performance of traction network relay protection system.The modeling basis has been obtained through analyzing of relay protection schemes adopted at present for high-speed railways and on the basis of sorting out the actual engineering practice.In compliance with IEC 61850 communication protocol,the IED model for protection of power supply section has been established after establishment of the logic equipment model and configuration of parameters of logic nodes.The simulation experiment by adopting of OPENET network shows that the IED model established by this method for protection of power supply section is able improve effectively the relay protection performance,its concept is clear and its algorithm is simple.
