摘　　要：《新华日报》对1942—1943年河南灾荒进行了全程全方位的宣传,是报道这场灾荒时间最长、数量最多、涉及栏目最多的新闻媒体,体现了其救灾动员的力度。《新华日报》针对河南灾民采取多角度报道灾情、呼吁各界积极参与救济、营造民众踊跃救灾的氛围和呼吁社会各界科学救灾等动员措施。《新华日报》针对这次灾荒所采取的救灾动员措施,取得了较好的动员效果,是全面抗战时期中国共产党救灾动员的一个剪影,彰显了中国共产党关注民生的价值追求,赢得了民众的信任与肯定。Xinhua Daily made full-scale coverage on the 1942-1943 famine in Henan with the longest duration,the largest number of programs and columns,which reflected its strength of relief mobilization.Xinhua Daily reported the disaster situation from multiple perspectives for the victims in Henan Province,called on all walks of life to actively participate in the relief,created an atmosphere for people to actively participate in disaster relief,and called on all walks of life to provide scientific disaster relief.Xinhua Daily’s disaster relief mobilization measures for this famine achieved good mobilization effects.It was a silhouette of the disaster relief mobilization of the Communist Party of China during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.It reflected the outstanding public mobilization ability of the Communist Party of China,highlighted the value pursuit of the Communist Party of China concerning people’s livelihood,and won the trust and affirmation of the people.
