摘　　要：高校法制教育是实现全面依法治国目标的关键,是推进创新型法治国家发展的必要手段,为深入了解大学生法制教育的现实情况,本文从法制教育基本内涵入手,论证高校法制教育工作中存在问题的根本原因,分析大学生法制教育的可行性,为培养大学生积极的学习态度,营造全民普法的教育环境,提出创新法制教育协同育人载体、强化法制教育队伍培养机制、开展多样性的教学模式、营造高校法制教育人文环境等建设性意见。the legal education in colleges and universities is the key to realize the goal of comprehensively governing the country according to law and the necessary means to promote the development of an innovative country ruled by law.In order to deeply understand the reality of college students’education,this paper starts with the basic connotation of legal education,demonstrates the root causes of the problems existing in the legal education in colleges and universities,and analyzes the feasibility of college students’legal education,In order to cultivate college students’positive learning attitude and create an educational environment for universal legal popularization,this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions,such as innovating the cooperative education carrier of legal education,strengthening the training mechanism of legal education team,developing diversified teaching modes,and creating a humanistic environment for legal education in colleges and universities.
