额部注射A型肉毒毒素对发际线位置影响的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨额部注射A型肉毒毒素(botulinum toxin type A,BTX-A)除皱的同时对发际线位置的影响。方法回顾性分析自2015年9月至2019年8月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院整形美容中心接受额部注射BTX-A,且有完整的注射前及注射后1~3个月图像资料的34例女性患者。采用Adobe Photoshop软件测量治疗前后双侧瞳孔中点连线至发际线距离的变化,同时通过电子信箱向患者发送问卷调查表。结果注射后所有患者发际线位置均有不同程度的上移;其中,显著上移3例(8.8%),较明显上移26例(76.5%),略有上移5例(14.7%)。所有患者均未出现严重不良反应及并发症。结论额部注射BTX-A在去除额部皱纹的同时能有效、安全地提升患者的发际线,改善了额部的宽度。Objective We retrospectively analyzed the case data of patients who used botulinum toxin type A for frontal injection in our hospital in recent years,and explored its influence on the change of hairline position.Methods We analyzed female patients who received botulinum toxin type A frontal injection in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2019 and had complete imaging clinical data before and 1~3 months after injection.And then we used Adobe Photoshop software to measure the change in the distance from the midpoint of the pupils to the hairline before and after treatment,and sent the questionnaire by email.Results A total of 423 patients underwent frontal injections during the four-year period.Among them,34 patients had complete clinical imaging data and completed the questionnaire survey.The hairline position of all patients improved to varying degrees after injection.Among the 34 cases,the position of the hairline increased significantly in 3 cases(8.8%),the position of the hairline increased significantly in 26 cases(76.5%),and the position of the hairline moved slightly upward but not obvious in 5 cases(14.7%).No serious adverse events occurred in all patients.Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A injection into the frontal muscle can effectively and safely extend the forehead width of patients.
