改良黏合法闭合皮肤张力切口的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较改良黏合法与间断缝合法闭合皮肤张力切口的愈合效果。方法自2018年1月至2019年8月,大连大学附属新华医院整形外科对48例行乳房整形术的患者采用自身对照法观察皮肤切口愈合情况,双侧乳房术后切口随机一侧采用间断缝合法(对照组),对侧采用医用胶改良黏合法(观察组)。对两组术后切口关闭时间、切口疼痛程度、切口愈合等级、术后6个月切口愈合外观进行患者满意度评价。结果观察组与对照组在切口关闭时间、术后6个月切口愈合外观评价、患者满意度方面进行比较,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在切口疼痛程度、切口愈合等级方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良黏合法闭合皮肤张力切口,手术时间较短,操作方便快捷,无须拆线,外表较美观,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the healing effect of the improved adhesion method and the discontinuous suture method in the closure of skin tension incision.Methods From January 2018 to August 2019,48 patients underwent mammaplasty were selected.The healing of skin incision was observed by self-control method.The discontinuous suture method was randomly used on one side(control group),and the improved adhesion method was randomly used on the other side(observation group).The closure time,degree of pain,healing grade,appearance at 6 months after operation of the incision and patients’satisfaction were evaluated.Results There were significant differences in closure time,appearance at 6 months after operation of the incision and patients’satisfaction between two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the degree of pain and healing grade of the incision between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The improved adhesion method has advantages such as less closure time,easy operation and good appearance.Patients’satisfaction were high.It should be considerable for clinical promotion and application.
