摘 要:目的研究向日葵花粉对高尿酸血症方面的影响。方法以氧嗪酸钾结合酵母膏建立高尿酸血症小鼠模型,将48只ICR雄性小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和剂量组,通过测定血清中尿酸(uric acid,UA)、肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)的含量和黄嘌呤氧化酶(xanthine oxidase,XOD)活性,以评估向日葵花粉降尿酸的效果。结果与模型组相比,各剂量向日葵花粉均不影响实验动物体重的变化,向日葵花粉能极显著降低UA、Cr、BUN的含量和抑制XOD酶活性(P<0.01)。结论向日葵花粉对高尿酸血症小鼠的尿酸含量有显著降低作用。Objective To Study the effect of sunflower pollen on hyperuricemia in mice.Methods A mouse model of hyperuricemia was established with potassium oxazinate combined with yeast paste.48 ICR male mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group and groups treated with different doses of sunflower pollen.The contents of serum uric acid(UA),creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and the activity of xanthine oxidase(XOD)were determined to evaluate the uric acid lowering effect of sunflower pollen.Results Compared with the model group,the changes of the body weight of the experimental animals were not affected in groups treated with different doses of sunflower pollen.The contents of UA,Cr,BUN were very significantly reduced and the activity of XOD was very significantly inhibited in the groups treated with sunflower pollen(P<0.01).Conclusion Sunflower pollen can significantly reduce the content of serum uric acid in hyperuricemia mice.
