摘 要:目的建立同时测定丁细牙痛胶囊中丁香酚、甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚及异丁香酚4种成分含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为HP-1301毛细管柱,程序升温,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度为260℃,进样口温度为200℃,载气为高纯氮气,流速为2 ml/min,进样量为1μl,进样分流比为40:1。结果丁香酚、甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚及异丁香酚的检测质量浓度线性范围分别为154.3~925.7μg/ml(r=0.9998),71.8~430.6μg/ml(r=0.9997),34.4~206.2μg/ml(r=0.9995),40.2~241.4μg/ml(r=0.9996);检测限分别为9.8,7.5,4.3,5.1μg/ml;精密度、稳定性、重复性、耐用性试验的RSD均小于1.6%;平均加样回收率分别为99.87%,99.12%,98.84%,98.80%,RSD分别为0.61%,0.65%,0.35%,0.96%(n=6)。结论此法操作简便、快速,精密度、重复性良好,可用于同时测定丁细牙痛胶囊中4种有效成分的含量,并可为丁细牙痛胶囊质量的综合评价及提取工艺研究提供参考。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of eugenol,methyleugenol,safrole and isoeugenol in Dingxi Yatong Capsules.Methods A GC method was adopted on a HP-1301 capillary column(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm)with programmed temperature.The FID detector was controlled at 260℃.The inlet temperature was set at 200℃.The carrier gas was high-purity nitrogen with the flow rate of 2 ml/min.The injection volume was 1μl and the split ratio was 40:1.Results The linear ranges of eugenol,methyleugenol,safrole and isoeugenol were 154.3-925.7μg/ml(r=0.9998),71.76-430.6μg/ml(r=0.9997),34.36-206.2μg/ml(r=0.9995)and 40.24-241.4μg/ml(r=0.9996),respectively,and the limits of detection were 9.8,7.5,4.3 and 5.1μg/ml,respectively.The RSDs of precision,stability,reproducibility and durability tests were all lower than 1.6%.The average recoveries were 99.87%,99.12%,98.84%and 98.80%,with RSDs of 0.61%,0.65%,0.35%and 0.96%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of 4 components in Dingxi Yatong Capsules,which can provide reference for the comprehensive evaluation and extraction technology study of Dingxi Yatong Capsules.
