摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定双黄消炎片中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量。方法采用InertSustain C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长265 nm;柱温30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷分别在4.300~86.006μg/ml(r=1.0000)和10.256~205.110μg/ml(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为97.54%、102.94%,RSD分别为1.31%、2.44%。结论该方法操作简单,准确度高、重现性好,可用于双黄消炎片的质量控制,同时应关注其质量差异。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Shuanghuang Xiaoyan Tablets.Methods An InertSustain C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was adopted.Acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution was used as mobile phase and gradient elution was performed at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The good linear relationships were obtained within the ranges of 4.300-86.006μg/ml for berberine hydrochloride(r=1.0000)and 10.256-205.110μg/ml for baicalin(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries were 97.54%and 102.94%for berberine hydrochloride and baicalin,,respectively,with the RSDs of 1.31%and 2.44%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Shuanghuang Xiaoyan Tablets.At the same time,attention should be paid to the quality difference of Shuanghuang Xiaoyan Tablets.
