摘　　要："一带一路"倡议为中国海外农业投资合作带来了重要机遇。"一带一路"沿线国家的农业资源相通互补、基础设施互联互通与政治互信建设,为中国与沿线国家农业投资合作提供了实践基础。伴随"一带一路"建设的纵深推进,中国在沿线国家的农业投资规模、投资领域、投资区域及投资主体等方面合作成效显著。同时,也面临着海外投资形象被国际舆论扭曲、环境准入壁垒及运营环境风险、农业技术"走出去"落地实施难、农业产业价值链有待升级与重组等新问题。为此,应从加强海外投资舆论管控、企业环保制度建设、促使海外农业技术落地、参与全球农业产业链和价值链构建等方面采取措施,不断提升中国海外农业投资的国际竞争力。The Belt and Road(B&R)Initiatives has brought important opportunities for China’s overseas agricultural investment cooperation.The interconnection and complementarity of agricultural resources,the interconnection of infrastructure and the construction of political mutual trust in the countries along B&R provide a practical foundation for agricultural investment cooperation between China and the countries along B&R.With the in-depth progress of B&R construction,China has achieved remarkable results in cooperation in agricultural investment scale,investment fields,investment regions,and investment entities in countries along B&R.At the same time,it is also facing new problems such as the distortion of the image of overseas investment by international public opinion,environmental access barriers and operational environmental risks,the difficulty of implementing agricultural technology"going out",and the need to upgrade and reorganize the agricultural industry value chains.To this end,the measures should be taken to strengthen the management and control of overseas investment public opinion,build corporate environmental protection systems,promote the implementation of overseas agricultural technology,and participate in the construction of global agricultural industrial chains and value chains to continuously enhance the international competitiveness of China’s overseas agricultural investment.
