摘  要:水刺技术在非织造布生产领域具有很好的发展潜力和前景,是一个朝阳的行业。复合加工是非织造布行业生产高性能和高功能性产品的一种常见方式。本论文通过木浆纸与黏胶纤维水刺非织造布采用水性丙烯酸树脂胶黏加工制备出复合材料,并对复合材料的物理性能及结构进行了分析。该复合材料具有良好的断裂强度和吸液性能,具有鲜明的两面性,材料手感舒适、滑爽、柔软,易于折叠,在包装领域具有潜在的应用价值。Spun-laced technology has good potential and prospects in the field of nonwoven production,which is a sunrise industry.Composite processing is a common way in the nonwoven industry to produce high-performance and high-functionality products.In this paper,a composite material is prepared by wood pulp paper and viscose fiber spun-laced nonwoven fabric using waterborne acrylic resin,and the physical properties and structure of the composite material are analyzed.The composite material has good breaking strength and liquid absorption properties.And it has distinct two-sidedness and feels comfortable,smooth,soft,easy to fold,and has potential application value in the packaging field.
