摘  要:太阳纸业为了降低生产成本,特与美国特矿公司合作,引入一种高保留淀粉糊化设备,先通过温水罐与淀粉糊化作用,再与填料混合加入原填料加入点。结果表明,在吨纸加入大约2 kg淀粉情况下,相应降低湿部浆内淀粉用量大约2 kg,灰分可以提高1.5%,系统保留明显提高,有效降低了助剂用量;强度指标未见明显降低。但是,对纸机的脱水有一定的负面作用,会产生一定的黏缸等问题。In order to reduce the production cost,our company cooperated with American Specialty Minerals Inc. to introduce a kind of high retention starch gelatinization equipment. First,through the warm water tank and starch gelatinization,it then mixed with the filler to add the original adding point. The results show that when about 2 kg starch per tons of paper is added to the pulp,the amount of starch in wet end pulp can be reduced by 2 kg,the ash content can be increased by 1.5%,the retention of system can be improved obviously,and the amount of additives can be effectively reduced,and the paper strength index did not decrease significantly. However,the dehydration of the paper machine has a certain negative effect,which may lead to the sticking problem of the cylinder.
