摘　　要：目的:观察Paley B1型跟骨骨折的闭合复位经皮穿针固定、微创植骨的疗效。方法:回顾分析2002年至2019年356例Paley B1型跟骨骨折,全部采用闭合复位经皮穿针微创植骨治疗。结果:356例患者术后随访时间最短3个月,最长15 a,平均86个月,按Kitaoka评分系统平均得分86分。结论:闭合复位经皮穿针微创植骨治疗Paley B1型跟骨骨折,疗效好、创伤小,值得推广应用。Objective:To study the efficacy of percutaneous needle and bone grafting through mini-incision for large sample of the type Paley B1 fracture of calcaneus.Methods:356 patients with the type Paley B1 fracture of calcaneus was treated by closed reduction by percutaneous needle and mini-incision bone grafting from 2002 to 2019.Results:All the cases were followed up from 3 months to 15 years with 86 months on average.According to the scoring system of Kitaoka,the average score was 86.Conclusion:Percutaneous needle and bone grafting through mini-incision is a minimal invasive and effective way to treat the type Paley B1 calcaneus fracture.It deserves to be extended.
