摘　　要：文中通过分析S ZorB程控的常见故障原因,分别针对程控阀回讯、气缸、阀内件故障的特点制定处理方案。探讨了保障S ZorB程控阀长周期平稳运行的维护策略。根据某石化公司上一生产周期内程控阀故障部件及故障原因,制定了针对性预防性维护措施,提升了程控阀的运行可靠性。By analyzing the common fault causes of S_ZorB program control,this paper focused on the characteristics and solutions of the faults of the program control valve response,cylinder and valve internals,discussed the maintenance strategy of ensuring the long lead operation of S_ZorB program control valve,and formulated the targeted preventive maintenance measures according to the fault parts and causes of the program control valve in the last production cycle of a petrochemical company so as to improve the operation reliability of the program control valve.
