摘　　要：后疫情时代,欧盟和中国坚持绿色复苏。为实现共同的碳中和目标,中欧决定建立绿色合作伙伴关系,并顺利完成中欧投资协定谈判。绿色贸易符合中欧绿色复苏的共同战略需求,将成为未来中欧贸易的主题。中欧绿色贸易基础良好,产业内贸易潜力巨大,中国数字技术和欧盟氢能源战略将为中欧绿色贸易开辟新市场。同时,中国面临新的绿色贸易壁垒,绿色产品出口竞争力较弱以及绿色产业技术创新能力有待提高等挑战。中国应进一步加强中欧绿色政策对接、加快绿色金融建设、加强绿色技术科技转化、加速数字技术融合以及加深中德绿色合作,促进中欧绿色贸易发展,从而推动中欧绿色合作伙伴关系建设。In the post epidemic era,the EU and China adhere to green recovery.In order to achieve the common goal of carbon neutrality,China and the EU have decided to establish a green cooperative partnership and successfully complete the negotiation of the China-EU investment agreement.Green trade is in line with the common strategic needs of China and the EU for green recovery,and will become the theme of China-EU trade in the future.China-EU green trade has a good foundation and great potential for intra industry trade.China’s digital technology and EU’s hydrogen energy strategy will open up new markets for China-EU green trade.At the same time,China is facing new green trade barriers,weak export competitiveness of green products and the need to improve the technological innovation ability of green industry.China should further strengthen the docking of China-EU green policies,accelerate the construction of green finance,strengthen the scientific and technological transformation of green technology,accelerate the integration of digital technology and deepen the green cooperation between China and Germany,so as to promote the development of China-EU green trade and promote the construction of China-EU green cooperative partnership.
