摘　　要：经过20多年的发展,东亚区域经济合作已经取得了巨大成就。2020年年初,突发的新冠肺炎疫情席卷全球并重创世界经济,包括东亚地区在内的世界各国经济大幅衰退,世界经济面临前所未有的挑战。与此同时,经济全球化与区域经济一体化的发展也面临贸易保护主义、单边主义的威胁。作为区域经济一体化重要组成部分的东亚区域经济合作在艰难的国际环境下取得了积极进展。2020年11月,经过8年谈判,东盟10国与中日韩澳新正式签署了《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP),全球最大自贸区宣告诞生,东亚区域经济合作进入了一个新的发展阶段。尽管新冠疫情仍在发展且东亚各国面临巨大的挑战,但是RCEP的签署对东亚区域经济合作带来了新的机遇,必将推动东亚区域经济合作不断向前发展,对促进经济全球化和区域经济一体化也将发挥积极作用。After more than 20 years of development,East Asian regional economic cooperation has made great achievements.At the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic damaged the world economy including East Asia,and the world economy is facing unprecedented challenges.At the same time,the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration also faces the threat of trade protectionism and unilateralism.As an important part of regional economic integration,East Asian regional economic cooperation has made positive progress in the difficult international environment.In November 2020,after eight years of negotiations,ASEAN countries and China,Japan,South Korea,Australia and New Zealand signed the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),the world’s largest free trade area was announced,and East Asian regional economic cooperation has entered a new stage of development.Although COVID-19 is still developing and East Asian countries face enormous challenges,the signing of RCEP has brought new opportunities to regional economic cooperation in East Asia.It will push forward regional economic cooperation in East Asia and play an active role in promoting economic globalization and regional economic integration.
