摘 要:目的探讨细菌培养法与荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)对妊娠晚期B族链球菌(GBS)筛查的应用价值。方法纳入GBS感染筛查的300例妊娠晚期孕妇均接受细菌培养法与FQ-PCR法筛检,对比检出率。结果细菌培养法直接检测与FQ-PCR法检出率均显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FQ-PCR法直接检测的检出率显著高于细菌培养法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FQ-PCR法增菌18 h及36 h后的检出率均高于细菌培养法,但组间差异无差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FQ-PCR法各时段筛查GBS感染的阳性检出率较之细菌培养法更高,且检出率随着增菌时间的延长明显增加,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the application value of bacterial culture and FQ-PCR in the screening of group B streptococcus(GBS)in late pregnancy.Methods All 300 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy were screened by bacterial culture method and FQ-PCR method,and the detection rate was compared.Results The detection rates of bacterial culture method and FQ-PCR method were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of FQ-PCR was significantly higher than that of bacterial culture(P<0.05);the detection rate of FQ-PCR was higher than that of bacterial culture at 18 h and 36 h,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive detection rate of FQ-PCR in screening GBS infection is higher than that of bacterial culture,and the detection rate increases with the extension of time,which is worthy of promotion.
