摘 要:电石法聚氯乙烯行业是我国用汞量最大的行业之一,生产过程中产生的大量含汞废水、废活性炭和废汞触媒等会对环境和人体健康造成危害。通过文献回顾及先进企业的现场调研,整理了现有的先进含汞废水处理技术清单;在建立符合技术特点的评估指标体系并对其设置权重后,利用多属性综合评估法对几种含汞废水处理的组合技术进行了评估研究。研究结果表明:在目前的技术状况下,预处理+除汞和重金属捕捉的综合评估评分最高,其次为化学沉淀+双效蒸发+吸附处理,化学沉淀+离子交换和化学+超滤+树脂吸附评分排名靠后。此技术评估结果为电石法PVC行业在实际应用中选择合适的汞减排技术提供了有效支持。PVC production with calcium carbide method is related to the usage of largest amount of mercury and emission of large amount of mercury-containing wastewater,waste activated carbon and waste mercury catalyst,which are harmful to the environment and human health.Through literature reviewing and field investigation of key enterprises,existing mercury-containing wastewater treatment technologies were sorted out.By using the multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation index system which in accordance with the technical characteristics was established and weights were set,to evaluate and study several combined technologies for the treatment of wastewater containing mercury.The results showed that,the comprehensive evaluation level of pretreatment plus removal of mercury and heavy metal capture was the highest under the current technical conditions.The second is chemical precipitation plus double effect evaporation and adsorption treatment.The scores of chemical precipitation plus ion exchange,as well as chemical plus ultrafiltration and resin adsorption ranked lower.The technical evaluation results of this study provides effective support for the selection of mercury emission reduction technology in the practical application of PVC industry with calcium carbide method.
