摘　　要：为了对一种用于钢管内防腐的新型氟聚合弹性涂料的性能进行评价,采用耐磨性试验、耐化学腐蚀试验、耐热性试验、耐盐雾试验、耐原油及油田污水试验、高温高压釜试验和附着力试验,对涂层性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,该氟聚合材料涂层具有优良的耐磨、耐热、耐化学腐蚀、防结蜡结垢等性能。氟聚合弹性内涂层在新疆独山子某油站输油管道内防腐的应用,进一步证明了该涂层在油田集输管道应用的适用性。In order to evaluate the performance of a new fluorine polymer elastic coating for internal corrosion protection of steel pipes,the coating performance was studied by wear resistance test,chemical corrosion resistance test,heat resistance test,salt spray resistance test,crude oil resistance and oilfield sewage resistance test,high temperature autoclave test and adhesion test.The test results show that the fluorine polymer coating has excellent wear resistance,heat resistance,chemical corrosion resistance and anti-waxing and scaling.The application of fluorine polymer elastic internal coating in the oil pipeline of an oil station in Dushanzi,Xinjiang further proves the applicability and superiority of the coating in the oil field gathering and transportation pipeline.
