摘　　要：介绍了液压拉伸器在UOE生产线应用情况、液压拉伸器的主要结构及工作原理;重点描述了液压泵站类型及特点、拉伸油缸的结构及工作原理、不同类型的拉伸油缸及安全要求。结合C成型机拉杆螺栓,阐述了液压拉伸器预紧、松开顺序及注意事项,并对液压拉伸器在宝钢UOE焊管生产线使用中出现的典型问题进行分析及处理改进,结果表明,通过优化拉伸装置的分阶段使用步骤,各阶段采用对角顺序加载的方式对多拉杆进行拉伸,同时优化液压泵站,将其改为电动模式,扩展分配器回路,可完全满足设计要求,提高工作效率,避免螺纹拉伤及拉杆螺母和拉伸油缸螺母"屏住"等情况。The application of hydraulic stretcher in UOE production line,the main structure and working principle of hydraulic stretcher are introduced.The types and characteristics of hydraulic pump station,the structure and working principle of stretching cylinder,different types of stretching cylinder and safety requirements are described.Combined with the pull rod bolt of C forming machine,the pretightening and loosening sequence of hydraulic stretcher and the matters needs attention are introduced.The typical problems of hydraulic stretcher in Baosteel UOE production line were analyzed and improved.The results show that by optimizing the stretching device steps in stages,in each stage,diagonal sequential loading was adopted to stretch the multi-tie rods,optimize the hydraulic pump station,change it to electric mode,and then extend the distributor loop,by these ways,it can fully meet the design requirements and improve work efficiency,so as to avoid thread strain、rod nut and tensile cylinder nut"tight"。
