摘　　要：新型板材幕墙,是江苏省建筑业10项新技术推广应用中的一项重要内容。作为一种新型的幕墙材料。产品具有极好的耐久性,颜色日久而新,通过不同的色泽变化,过度自然,赋予建筑物特殊的装饰效果。材料经久耐用,拥有极好的抗冲击性,抗冻性等特性,具有绿色环保、无辐射、不会带来光污染具有自洁功能等特点。铝合金扣件干挂系统的安装设计方便快捷,在陶管破损的情况下可实现单片更换~([1])。作者经过工程实践,对干挂陶管幕墙施工工艺进行研究改进,对于提高工程质量,加快施工进度,节能环保示范起到较好作用,取得了良好的经济效益、环保效益及社会效益,值得广泛推广应用。The new plate curtain wall is an important content in the promotion and application of 10 new technologies in the construction industry of Jiangsu Province.As a new type of curtain wall material,the product has excellent durability,and the color is fresh for a long time.Through different color changes,it can give the building special and natural decorative effect.The material has excellent durability,impact resistance,frost resistance and other characteristics,with green environmental protection,no radiation,no-light pollution as well as self-cleaning function.The installation design of Aluminum alloy fastener dry hanging system is convenient and fast,and can realize single piece replacement in case of damaged ceramic pipe.Through the engineering practice,the author studies and improves the construction technology of dry hanging ceramic tube curtain wall,which plays a good role in improving the engineering quality,accelerating the construction progress,energy saving and environmental protection demonstration,and achieves good economic,environmental and social benefits.Therefore is worthy of wide application.
