摘　　要：随着建筑造型越来越复杂,异型幕墙不仅给设计,也给施工增加了难度。本技术依托枣庄市民服务中心"石榴花"造型,深度应用BIM技术,对造型表皮进行了曲率分析,重点针对面层交接部位的受力模型,运用十字圆盘及球铰螺杆的连接方式,结合机械铸造工艺,研发形成了一套角度有限可调、适应性较强的玻璃幕墙系统,使用一套系统实现了不同角度的玻璃幕墙安装,达到了创效的目的,同时呈现出较好建筑应用效果。With the building modeling becoming more and more complex,the special-shaped curtain wall increases the difficulty not only to the design,but also to the construction.This technology relies on the“Pomegranate Flower”modeling of Zaozhuang Citizen Service Center,and deeply applies BIM Technology to analyze the curvature of the modeling surface.Focusing on the stress model of the interface part of the surface layer,this technology uses the connection mode of cross disc and ball hinge screw,combined with the mechanical casting technology,and develops a set of glass curtain wall system with limited adjustable angle and strong adaptability.Using only one set of system achieves different angles of glass curtain wall installation,so as to improve efficiency as well as to show a better architectural effect.
