摘 要:吴起采油厂生产油井普遍进入高含水期,急需对生产油井动液面进行实时动态监测。通过对生产油井动液面的实时动态监测原理和动液面监测的技术特点的阐述,进行油井数据实时动态综合分析,根据数据确定油井地层供液能力和抽油泵的最佳沉没度,以及油井的流压、泵挂效率和最佳注水量,制定合理的间抽控制周期和液面智能采油控制模式,实现最佳抽油冲次与最优抽油状态控制,提高油井产液量和采油生产效率。The production oil wells of Wuqi Oil Production Plant generally enter a period of high water cut,and there is an urgent need for real-time dynamic monitoring of the fluid level of the production wells.This article mainly through the description of the realtime dynamic monitoring principle of the fluid level of the production well and the technical characteristics of the fluid level monitoring,the real-time dynamic comprehensive analysis of the oil well data is carried out,and the fluid supply capacity of the oil well formation and the best submergence of the pump pump are determined based on the data.As well as the oil well’s flow pressure,pumping efficiency and optimal water injection rate,formulate a reasonable interpumping control cycle and liquid level intelligent oil production control mode to achieve the best pumping stroke and optimal pumping state control,and increase the oil well’s fluid production.And oil production efficiency.
