摘　　要：采用宝德BDFIA-8000流动注射分析仪测定水中总磷。结果表明,在0~2.0mg/L的浓度时,标准曲线相关系数达到0.9999,检出限为0.002mg/L,精密度高,国家有证标准物质测定结果在范围内,加标回收率为92%~107%,均符合实验要求。与钼酸铵分光光度法相比,全自动流动注射仪分析法具有快速、灵敏、高效的特点,适用于不同水体中总磷的测定。Total Phosphorus in water was determined by Baode bdfia-8000 flow injection analyzer.The results showed that in the concentration range of 0-2.0mg/l,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.002mg/L,the precision was high,the determination results of certified reference materials were in the range,and the recovery rate was 90-108%.Compared with ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry,the automatic flow injection analysis method is rapid,sensitive and efficient,which is suitable for the determination of total phosphorus in different water bodies.
