山东省涉农电商政策的演进与发展趋势研究--基于101篇政策文本计量分析

摘　　要：基于进入21世纪以来山东省级层面的101份涉农电商政策文本展开计量分析,通过ROST CMS 6对其进行高词频、共词、社会网络与制作词云图等方法,架构“2+2>=5”的文章研究框架。合理划分政策演进阶段,分析发文主体与政策主题的变化特点,最终指出政策目标、政策核心、政策协同、政策连贯、政策驱动等方面的发展趋势,为后续涉农电商政策的完善与发展提供参考。Based on the econometric analysis of 101 agricultural-related e-commerce policy texts at the provincial level in Shandong since the beginning of the 21st century,the methods of high word frequency,co-words,social network,and word cloud image production were carried out through ROST CMS 6,and the structure“2+2>=5”article research framework.Reasonably divide the stages of policy evolution,we can analyze the characteristics of changes in the main body of the document and the theme of the policy,and finally point out the development trends of policy objectives,policy cores,policy coordination,policy coherence,policy driving,etc.As a result,it can provide reference for the improvement and development of subsequent agricultural-related e-commerce policies.
