摘　　要：目的探讨血清金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、程序性死亡配体-1(PD-LI)在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的表达。方法收集2017年11月-2018年11月共计36名健康对照者、37例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者、12例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者入院时的血清,分别行酶联免疫吸附测定,比较3组血清TIMP-1、PD-L1水平。结果老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清TIMP-1、PD-L1水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);慢阻肺患者血清TIMP-1与PD-L1二者表达相关(r=0.604,P<0.001)。结论血清TIMP-1与PD-L1水平在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者表达水平明显升高,二者存在相关性。Objective To investigate the expression of serum tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods The serum samples of 36 healthy people(healthy control group),37 patients with stable COPD(COPD group)and 12 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD(AECOPD group)were collected from November 2017 to November 2018.The levels of serum TIMP-1 and PD-L1 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,respectively,and the differences among the three groups were compared.Results The levels of serum TIMP-1 and PD-L1 of COPD group and AECOPD group were significantly higher than those of healthy control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the expression level of TIMP-1 was correlated with PD-L1 in COPD patients(r=0.604,P<0.001).Conclusion The levels of serum TIMP-1 and PD-L1 increased significantly in elderly patients with COPD,there is a correlation between the two indexes.
