摘 要:目的分析上海某郊区老年人群中血尿酸水平与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法选取2020年在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院体检的65岁及以上老年人3947例,进行常规体格检查,测量血压、腰围、体重和身高,并检测血液生化指标(包括空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及肝肾功能)。结果老年人群MS检出率为42.8%,且MS组血尿酸水平(407.9±52.0μmol/L)较非MS组(342.8±33.1μmol/L)明显升高(P<0.05)。MS各组分异常组的血尿酸水平均明显高于正常组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高尿酸血症与非高尿酸血症组的血压、腰围及空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂水平比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。此外,随着MS组分异常数目的增加,高尿酸血症的发生率也显著升高(P<0.05)。结论老年人群血尿酸水平与MS密切相关,对65岁以上老年人的尿酸水平进行监控,可能有助于预防和控制MS的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level and metabolic syndrome(MS)in elderly people in a suburb of Shanghai.Methods A total of 3947 elderly people aged 65 and above who underwent physical examination in the Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2020 were selected.Their blood pressure,waist circumference,weight and height were measured,and blood biochemical indexes[fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),blood lipid,liver and renal function]were detected.Results The detection rate of MS was 42.8%.The blood uric acid level of MS group(407.9±52.0μmol/L)was significantly higher than that of non-MS group(342.8±33.1μmol/L)(P<0.05).In MS group,the serum uric acid level of each index abnormal subgroup was significantly higher than that of the corresponding index normal subgroup,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in blood pressure,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,HbA1 c and blood lipid between hyperuricemia group and non-hyperuricemia group(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of hyperuricemia increased significantly with the increase of the number of abnormal MS indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum uric acid level is closely related to MS in the elderly.Monitoring and controlling the uric acid level of the elderly over 65 years old may be helpful to prevent and control the occurrence of MS.
