摘　　要：目的观察伴有心血管疾病的老年患者拔牙围术期的心理状态。方法选取2019年10月1日-2020年10月1日上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院心血管拔牙联合门诊的患者共202例,分为2组,可拔牙组101例,不可拔牙组101例,采用一般健康问卷(General Health Questionaire,GHQ-28)评估患者的心理状态,对2组患者量表得分进行比较和分析。结果GHQ-28总分大于24分的拔牙组患者占23.76%、不可拔牙组患者占43.56%(P<0.05);女性心理疾患的发病率高于男性(拔牙组:女性50.00%,男性42.11%;不可拔牙组:女性46.00%,男性41.18%)。结论伴有心血管疾病的老年患者拔牙围术期心理疾病患病率较高,需引起临床的高度关注。Objective To investigate the psychological state of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease during the perioperative period of tooth extraction.Methods A total of 202 elderly patients in the Outpatient Department of Ninth People’s Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiaotong University from October 1,2019 to October 1,2020 were selected and divided into two groups.There were 101 cases in the tooth extraction group and 101 cases in the non-tooth extraction group.The General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-28)was used to evaluate the psychological status of the patients,and the GHQ-28 scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The proportion of patients with GHQ-28 score greater than 24 in the tooth extraction group was 23.76%,and was 43.56%in non-tooth extraction group(P<0.05).The incidence of psychological disorders in women was higher than that in men(tooth extraction group:female 50.00%,male 42.11%;non-tooth extraction group:female 46.00%,male 41.18%).Conclusion Elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases have a higher prevalence of psychological disorders during the perioperative period of tooth extraction,which should be paid great clinical attention.
