摘 要:针对混凝土框架—核心筒超高层混合结构体系在施工过程中的竖向变形问题,以新时代中心项目为工程背景,对新时代中心项目剪力墙核心筒及混凝土框架进行了竖向变形模拟和实测分析,研究结果表明:在考虑了施工找平后,竖向变形曲线中间大、两端小;结构累积变形和单层变形在计算和实测结果方面的变化规律极为相近,当核心筒和外框架同步施工时,竖向变形差最小,核心筒比外框架提前施工的层数越多,建筑内外结构竖向变形差异越大。研究结果可为类似结构工程设计提供参考。Aiming at the vertical deformation of concrete frame-core tube super high-rise hybrid structure system during the construction process,this article uses the New Times Center Project as the engineering background to conduct vertical deformation simulation and actual measurement analysis on the core tube of the shear wall and the concrete frame of the project.The research results show that,after considering the construction leveling,the vertical deformation curve is large in the middle and small at both ends;the cumulative deformation of the structure and the single-story deformation in the calculation and measurement results are very similar.When the core tube and the outer frame are constructed synchronously,the difference of vertical deformation is the smallest.The more layers the core tube is constructed in advance than the outer frame,the greater the difference of vertical deformation between the inner and outer structures.The research results can provide reference for similar structural engineering design.
