摘  要:【目的】研究不同热身程度对伊犁马1000 m速度赛后各阶段血气指标的影响,为优化马匹热身方案、提高伊犁马1000 m速度赛后恢复能力提供技术支撑。【方法】选取10匹速度型伊犁马为研究对象,分别以最大心率70%~80%、60%~70%、50%~60%,热身10 min后进行1000 m速度赛,对各组赛后各阶段马匹血气指标进行差异性分析。【结果】伊犁马1000 m速度赛中,在Ⅰ组热身程度下,赛后即刻Glu、Hct、Hb浓度均极显著高于赛前、赛后30 min、赛后60 min(P<0.01),Hct浓度于赛后30 min恢复至赛前水平;赛前、赛后30 min、赛后60 min pCO 2均极显著高于赛后即刻(P<0.01),于赛后30 min恢复至赛前水平;赛后即刻pO 2极显著高于赛后30 min、赛后60 min(P<0.01),显著高于赛前;赛前、赛后60 min TCO 2均极显著高于赛后即刻、赛后30 min(P<0.01);赛后30 min TCO 2极显著高于赛后即刻(P<0.01);赛前、赛后30 min、赛后60 min pH值均极显著高于赛后即刻(P<0.01);赛后即刻LAC浓度极显著高于赛前、赛后30 min、赛后60 min(P<0.01);赛后30 min LAC浓度极显著高于赛前、赛后60 min(P<0.01);赛后60 min LAC浓度显著高于赛前(P<0.05);赛前、赛后60 min BE(ecf)浓度均极显著高于赛后即刻;赛后30 min BE(ecf)浓度极显著高于赛后即刻(P<0.01);赛前、赛后60 min BE(b)浓度均极显著高于赛后即刻、赛后30 min(P<0.01);赛后30 min BE(b)浓度极显著高于赛后即刻(P<0.01)。【结论】伊犁马1000 m速度赛竞赛马匹在最大心率50%~60%热身10 min,有助于赛后马匹肺通气功能的恢复,能够有效调节运动后血液酸碱平衡和有氧代谢能力。【Objective】In this study,the influence of different warm-up degree on blood gas index of Yili horse in each stage after 1,000 m speed race was studied,which provided technical support for optimizing horse warm-up program and improving Yili horse's recovery ability after 1,000 m speed race.【Method】In the experiment,10 speed-type Yili horses were selected as the research objects.Control the horse's heart rate to be stable at 50%-60%HRmax,60%-70%HRmax,70%-80%HRmax in the 10min.A 1,000 m speed race was conducted.And the difference analysis of the blood gas indexes of the horses at each stage after the competition of each group.【Result】In the Yili Horse 1,000 m Speed Race,At the warm-up level of group I,The concentrations of Glu,Hct,and Hb immediately after the race were significantly higher than pre-race,30 minutes after the race,and 60 minutes after the race(P<0.01).The Hct concentration returned to the pre-race level 30 minutes after the race;The pCO2 before the race,30 minutes after the race,and 60 minutes after the race were all significantly higher than immediately after the race(P<0.01),and returned to the pre-race level 30 minutes after the race;The pO 2 immediately after the race was significantly higher than 30 minutes after the race and 60 minutes after the race(P<0.01),which was significantly higher than before the race;the TCO 2 at pre-race and 60 minutes after the race was extremely significantly higher than that immediately after the race and 30 minutes after the race(P<0.01);TCO 2 in 30 minutes after the race was extremely significantly higher than immediately after the race(P<0.01);pH values at pre-race,30 minutes after the race,and 60 minutes after the race were all significantly higher than immediately after the race(P<0.01);LAC concentration immediately after the race was significantly higher than pre-race,30 minutes after the race,and 60 minutes after the race(P<0.01);LAC concentration at 30 minutes after the race was extremely significantly higher than the 60 minutes before and after
