摘 要:上海市长宁区通过政策制定、技术标准、监测平台、推广宣传、绿色融资等手段,系统性的推进长宁区既有公共建筑能效提升工作。截至2020年底,已完成了45幢楼宇节能综合改造。本文针对上海市长宁区16个典型项目进行节能量和碳减排量评估,其中节能量核定方法参考上海市地方标准《建筑改造项目节能量核定标准》,碳排放因子基于上海市终端用能结构进行加权平均计算。16个典型项目累计节约标准煤6855.4tce,累计碳减排量为14848.8tCO_(2)。Shanghai Changning District has systematically promoted the energy efficiency improvement of existing public buildings in Changning District through measures such as policy formulation,technical standards,monitoring platforms,promotion and green financing.By the end of 2020,45 buildings have completed the energy-saving comprehensive renovation.This paper conducts energy saving and carbon emission reduction assessments for 16 typical projects in Changning District,Shanghai.The energy saving assessment method refers to the Shanghai local standard"Energy Saving Assessment Standard for Building Renovation Projects",and the carbon emission factor was calculated based on the weighted average of the terminal energy consumption structure of Shanghai.The 16 typical projects have saved a total of 6,855.4tce of standard coal,and the cumulative carbon emission reduction was 14,848.8tCO_(2).
