摘　　要：目的探讨火龙罐疗法在气虚血瘀证型脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的应用效果。方法将94例气虚血瘀证脑卒中后肩手综合征患者随机分为对照组和干预组各47例。对照组行常规治疗和康复干预;干预组在此基础上实施火龙罐疗法,于干预前、干预后2周和干预后4周比较两组患侧上肢疼痛评分、手肿胀程度、运动功能和肌力评级。结果两组各45例完成全程研究。干预后4周干预组患侧上肢疼痛评分和手肿胀程度显著低于对照组(均P<0.05),患侧上肢运动功能和肌力提高程度显著优于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗过程中未发生烫伤、水疱和瘙痒等。结论火龙罐疗法能有效改善气虚血瘀证脑卒中后肩手综合征患者临床症状,促进肢体功能康复,且安全。Objective To explore the effects of Huo-Long cupping therapy in patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome pattern of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods A total of 94 patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome pattern of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into either a control group(n=47)or an intervention group(n=47).Both groups were given conventional treatment and rehabilitation training,while the intervention group additionally received Huo-Long cupping therapy.The severity of upper limb pain and hand swelling,as well as motor function and muscle strength of the two groups were evaluated pre-and 2,4 weeks post-intervention.Results Forty-five patients in both groups completed the study.The intervention group had lower upper limb pain and milder hand swelling,but higher improvements in motor function and muscle strength at 4 weeks post intervention compared with the control group(P<0.05 for all).There were no adverse events such as scald,blister and pruritus during the cupping therapy.Conclusion Huo-Long cupping therapy can effectively and safely alleviate Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome pattern of shoulder-hand syndrome after stoke and promote recovery of the upper limbs.
