摘  要:分析了影响差动变压器式位移传感器(简称位移传感器)性能稳定性的因素。为提高位移传感器性能稳定性,提出了解决方法。介绍了自补偿差动变压器式位移传感器的原理,并进行了理论分析,同时对其实用性进行了分析探讨。由于这种自补偿传感器较难实现,故在此基础上又提出了一种更为简单有效的提高传感器性能稳定性的技术方法,即不改变传感器的结构,配置以新的信号调理算法,通过试验验证,表明此方法对提高传感器性能稳定性有明显效果,实用性强。The determining factors was analyzed for the performance stability of linear variable differential transformer(LVDT).A solution was proposed to improve the performance stability of the displacement sensor.The principle of selfcompensating differential transformer displacement sensor was introduced and analyzed theoretically,which help analyze its practicability.However,this type of self-compensating sensor was difficult to implement in real.As a result,a more simple and effective method was introduced to improve the performance stability of the LVDT.Without changing its structure,the sensor was configured with a new signal conditioning algorithm.The experiment results show that this method has obvious effect on improving the performance stability of LVDT and is highly practical.
