摘 要:利用等比例缩小技术设计了两种小型化超宽带天线。天线辐射贴片为开扇形槽的半圆结构,接地板形状为开方形槽的半椭圆。分别采用FR4环氧板材料和液晶聚合物LCP材料作为介质基板,尺寸分别为25 mm×10.5 mm×0.8 mm和32 mm×7.5 mm×0.1 mm。FR4基板天线实测工作带宽为2.27~11.9 GHz,相对带宽达到134%。LCP介质板天线实测工作带宽为2.8~9.6 GHz,相对带宽为110%。通过HFSS软件仿真分析天线接近人体时S参数的变化情况以及将两种不同介质板的天线分别附着于人体模型上时的比吸收率(SAR)分布,仿真结果均符合欧盟(EU)标准,两种小型化的超宽带天线均可应用于可穿戴通信系统中。Design of two novel ultra-wideband(UWB)antenna were presented.Miniaturization was achieved by using the perfect magnetic wall(PMW)condition and proportional reduction technology.Antennas were designed and fabricated on two different substrates,namely,liquid crystal polymer(LCP)substrate and FR4 substrate,which have dimension of 32 mm×7.5 mm×0.1 mm and 25 mm×10.5 mm×0.8 mm respectively.Antenna had a chamfered semicircle patch,a semicircle ground plane with a square groove notched in the top.Antenna bandwidths of the LCP and FR4 substrates are 2.27-11.9 GHz and 2.8-9.6 GHz below-10 dB.The relative bandwidth reaches 136%and 110%respectively.Antennas were attached to the human body to test the integration effect in the wearable device.Specific absorption ratio(SAR)distribution was obtained using HFSS.The results show that the SAR value of the antenna meets the European Union(EU)standard.
