海南省青年学生艾滋病流行特征与危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的对海南省青年学生艾滋病流行特征和危险因素进行分析,为制定青年学生艾滋病防控措施提供依据。方法通过艾滋病综合防治信息系统下载海南省2011—2019年青年学生艾滋病病例报告数据和哨点监测数据进行分析。结果 2011—2019年全省报告青年学生艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者例数分别为16例、14例、29例、29例、28例、24例、31例、28例和33例,合计232例,占各年度病例总数构成比为5.99%。人群分布以男性为主,均未婚,18~24岁年龄组占87.07%,大专及以上文化占76.72%。男男性行为(MSM)传播占91.38%,异性性传播占8.19%,各年度青年学生MSM传播构成比呈上升趋势(P <0.05),异性性传播构成比呈下降趋势(P <0.05)。青年学生发生过性行为比例为10.65%,首次性行为使用安全套比例为47.95%。结论近几年青年学生艾滋病病例报告增长相对平稳,主要为高等院校男生,以男男性行为传播为主,存在发生性行为比例较高和安全套使用比例低等不安全性行为,应加强对青年学生早期性教育和艾滋病宣传,提高防护意识,动员有高危行为学生主动寻求检测咨询服务。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and risk factors of AIDS among young students in Hainan Province,and to provide the evidence for prevention and control strategy of AIDS for young students.Methods The AIDS case report data and sentinel surveillance data of young students were downloaded and analyzed from 2011-2019 in Hainan Province through the AIDS comprehensive prevention and control information system.Results The numbers of reported cases of HIV infection among young students from 2011 to 2019 was 16,14,29,29,28,24,31,28,33,respectively.The total case number was 232,and accounted for 5.99%.The most of cases were distributed in unmarried men population,age group 18-24 years old accounting(87.07%),and college degree and above(76.72%).The proportion of men who had sex with men(MSM)was 91.38%,the proportion of heterosexual transmission was 8.19%.The proportion of MSM among young students increased in each year(P<0.05),while the proportion of heterosexual transmission showed a downward trend(P<0.05).The proportion of young students who had sex was 10.65%,the proportion of using condoms for first sex was 47.95%.Conclusion In recent years,the growth of AIDS case reports among young students has been relatively stable.Most of cases were male students in colleges and universities with male homosexual transmission.There had a high proportion of unsafe sexual activity with low proportion of condom use.The early sexual education and AIDS publicity for young students should be strengthened to raise their awareness of protection by mobilizing students who had high-risk behaviors to seek testing and consulting services actively.
