摘  要:用NaOH/H_(2)O_(2)混合溶液对镁铝水滑石进行改性,以改性后的水滑石为载体对脂肪酶进行固定,并将固定化的脂肪酶用于造纸工业中胶黏物的控制,探究改性条件对酶的固定化及胶黏物去除的影响。结果表明,改性温度对酶的固定化影响较大。最优改性条件下酶的结合效率高达83.47%,胶黏物的去除率可达63.32%。对固定化的酶进行重复使用率的研究,表明固定化酶在胶黏物去除方面的重复使用率可达80%以上。Mg-Al hydrotalcite was modified with NaOH/H_(2)O_(2) mixed solution and lipase enzyme was immobilized on the modified hydrotalcite. The immobilized enzyme was used to control the stickies in paper industry. The effects of modification conditions on the immobilization of lipase and the removal of stickies were investigated. The results showed that the modification temperature had a great influence on the immobilization of lipase enzyme. Under the optimal conditions, the binding efficiency of lipase enzyme was 83.47%, and the removal rate of stickies was 63.32%. The results showed that the reuse rate of immobilized enzyme in mucilage removal was more than 80%.
