摘  要:选用硝酸镁和硝酸铝等原料利用水热法合成层状水滑石,并探究原料添加量和p H对水滑石合成的影响。为方便后期生物酶的附着,探讨了层状水滑石在不同环境下形貌影响。通过SEM图表明,所得自制的水滑石在水溶液呈现较好的片状结构,但在强酸、强碱的溶液中发现片状结构被破坏,呈现交联状结构。在不同溶剂反应体系中可以发现,水、乙醇都可以作为水滑石的分散体系。在不同的酸度下升高温度,水滑石溶液的p H呈现不同变化,同时为后续水滑石改性、生物酶附着探索了实验条件。The layered hydrotalcite was synthesized by hydrothermal method using magnesium nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials. The effects of raw material addition and p H on the synthesis of hydrotalcite were investigated. In order to facilitate the adhesion of biological enzymes in the later stage,the morphological changes of layered hydrotalcite in different environments were discussed. The results showed that the self-made hydrotalcite had a good lamellar structure in aqueous solution,but it was found that the lamellar structure was destroyed in strong acid and alkali solution,and it was shown as a cross-linked structure. In different solvent reaction systems,water and ethanol can be used as the dispersion system of hydrotalcite. At the same time,the experimental conditions for the subsequent modification of hydrotalcite and the attachment of biological enzymes were explored.
