摘 要:详细介绍了造纸机热力控制系统设计方案与热力控制系统的性能系数的控制策略。通过精确控制中间工质流量、蒸发器压力、冷凝器压力、发生器压力来间接控制造纸机热力控制系统性能系数,在最大性能系数情况下将各项参数值控制在最优状态。经实验研究发现,研究所设计的热力控制系统模型能够实现蒸发/吸收器饱和水流量与蒸发器压力、冷凝器出口冷凝水流量与冷凝器压力的控制变化维持同步,确保水工质—溴化锂循环稳步运行。The paper machine thermal control system design and the control strategy of the coefficient of performance of the thermal control system are introduced in detail. The coefficient of performance(COP) of paper machine thermal control system is indirectly controlled by accurately controlling the flow rate of intermediate working medium, evaporator pressure, condenser pressure and generator pressure. The parameters are controlled in the optimal state under the maximum cop. The experimental results show that the designed thermodynamic control system model can keep the control changes of saturated water flow rate and evaporator pressure of evaporator/absorber, and condensate flow rate and condenser pressure at condenser outlet synchronized, so as to ensure the steady operation of water working medium lithium bromide cycle.
