负性生活事件对大学生抑郁的影响:链式中介效应

摘　　要：目的:为探讨心理弹性、人际关系困扰在负性生活事件与抑郁之间的关系。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表、流调中心用抑郁量表、心理弹性量表和人际关系综合诊断量表对728名大学生进行调查。结果:皮尔逊相关分析结果表明负性生活事件与抑郁、人际关系困扰显著正相关(r=0.50,0.30;P<0.01);负性生活事件与心理弹性评分呈显著负相关(r=-0.14,P<0.01);抑郁与人际关系困扰评分呈显著正相关(r=0.54,P<0.01),与心理弹性呈负相关(r=-0.45,P<0.01);人际关系困扰与心理弹性评分呈负相关(r=-0.35,P<0.01)。中介效应分析结果显示,心理弹性和人际关系困扰在负性生活事件影响抑郁的过程中起链式中介作用,中介效应占总效应的29.56%。结论:负性生活事件分别通过心理弹性、人际关系困扰的中介作用,以及心理弹性和人际关系困扰的链式中介作用影响大学生抑郁。Objective:To investigate the mediating roles of resilience and interpersonal relationship disturbance being acceptanced in the relationships between negative life events and depression.Methods:A total of 728 college students were investigated with Adolescent Life Events Scale, Depression scale, Resilience Scale and Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale.Results:Pearson’s correlation analysis showed significantly positive correlation between life events and depression, interpersonal relationships(r=0.50,0.30;P<0.01);Life events were significantly negatively correlated with resilience score(r=-0.14,P<0.01);Depression was significantly positively correlated with interpersonal relationship score(r=0.54,P<0.01),negatively correlated with resilience score(r=-0.45,P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between interpersonal distress and resilience score(r=-0.35,P<0.01).The mediating effect analysis showed that resilience and interpersonal distress played a chain mediating role in the process of negative life events affecting depression, and the mediating effect accounted for 29.56% of the total effect.Conclusion:Negative life events affects depression through the independent mediating role of resilience and interpersonal relationship disturbance, as well as the chain mediating role of resilience and interpersonal relationship disturbance.
