摘  要:为了给肝癌病人做的肝切除手术能更精准进行,测量出需要切除与保留的肝脏体积,更好地制定出手术的具体方案,将一名女性肝右叶肝细胞性肝癌患者的肝脏CT图像导入Synapse 3D软件中进行图像处理,实现对肝脏模型的三维重构;然后根据血管和肿瘤所在位置分析出需要切除的范围,区分出肝脏三维模型的切除部分和保留部分并进行体积测量;根据肝脏的三维模型运用3D打印技术分别打印出肝脏的2个部分.结果表明:肝脏切除手术顺利进行,切除实质部分与3D打印模型相似,经过测量,手术切除肝脏部分的体积符合预估.A CT image of a woman's liver from the right hepatocellular carcinoma lobe was processed in Synapse 3D to create a three dimensional reconstruction of the liver model to make the hepatectomy more accurate,measure the volume of the liver that needs to be removed and retained,and better formulate the concrete plan for the operation.Then the area to be removed was then analyzed based on the location of the blood vessels and the tumor.Two parts of the liver were printed by 3D printing technology according to the three-dimensional model of the liver.The results show that The hepatectomy was carried out successfully.The solid part of the hepatectomy was similar to the 3D printing model.
