摘  要:将高效燃烧的煤粉室燃技术用于燃煤链条锅炉改造的应用实践,改造方案采用先进的低氮风冷燃烧结合空气分级技术,提出锅炉结构及燃烧系统匹配关系。结果表明:改造效果良好,锅炉运行稳定,锅炉热效率超过92%,初始NOx排放<300 mg/m^(3),且飞灰残炭率<5%;形成了传统燃煤锅炉节能改造升级关键技术,促进了工业锅炉自动化管理水平的提升以及行业技术的进步。The pulverized coal chamber combustion technology with high efficiency is used in the renovation of coal fired chain boiler. The modification scheme adopts advanced low-nitrogen air-cooled combustion combined with air classification technology to put forward the matching relationship between boiler structure and combustion system. The results show that the modification effect is good, the boiler operation is stable, the boiler thermal efficiency is over 92%, the initial NOx emission is less than 300 mg/m^(3) and the fly ash residual carbon rate is less than 5%. The key technology of energy-saving transformation and upgrading of traditional coal-fired boilers is formed, which promots the improvement of the automation management level of industrial boilers and the progress of industry technology.
