摘　　要：环形加热炉是铁路行业轮轴产品在线制造首选的一种工业炉型。环形炉的炉况精度直接关系到锻件成形质量与内在性能优劣。目前国内现行的国标GB/T 9452-2012技术标准对环形炉的测试方法没有相关要求,作为铁路行业轮轴产品的龙头制造企业,本公司自行制定了环形加热炉炉况测试方法,并在内部统一应用,取得了很好的效果。The annular heating furnace is an i ndustrial furnace that is the first choice for online manufacturing of wheel and axle products in the railway industry. The accuracy of the ring-shaped furnace is directly related to the quality of forgings and the inherent performance. At present, the current domestic national standard GB/T 9452-2012 technical standard has not relevant requirements for the test method of the ring-shaped furnace. As a leading manufacturer of wheel and axle products in the railway industry, we have developed our own furnace condition test method of annular heating furnace, applies it uniformly internally, and achieves good results.
