硅溶胶结合刚玉莫来石浇注料在石灰回转窑炉衬修复中的应用

摘　　要：对石灰回转窑进料端内衬进行破损分析得知,主要是由于进料时物料的冲刷磨损和频繁的温度变化引起的热应力造成该部位材料的开裂、剥落。采用硅溶胶结合刚玉莫来石浇注料进行支模浇注可实现石灰回转窑炉衬的快速修复,使用效果良好。Based on the damage analysis of the lining at the feeding end of lime rotary kiln, it is found that the damage is mainly due to the erosion and wear of the material during feeding and the thermal stress caused by frequent temperature changes, resulting in the cracking and spalling of the material at this part.By using silica sol combined with corundum mullite castable for mold casting, the rapid repair can be realized, and the use effect is good.
