莫来石种类对脱硫喷枪用浇注料性能的影响

摘　　要：以莫来石、红柱石、氧化铝微粉和二氧化硅微粉为主要原料,以纯铝酸钙为结合剂,研究莫来石种类对脱硫喷枪用浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:莫来石种类对脱硫喷枪用浇注料的体积密度、常温抗折强度和常温耐压强度影响不大,对浇注料的1 400℃高温抗折强度、1 350℃的加热永久线变化、热震稳定性、抗渣侵蚀性影响较大。The effects of mullite species on the performance of castable for injection lance were studied with mullite, andalusite, alumina powder and silica powder as the main raw materials and pure calcium aluminate as the binder. The results show that the mullite species have little influence on the volume density, cold bending strength and cold crushing strength of the castable, but have great influence on the high-temperature bending strength at 1 400 ℃, permanent linear change on heating at 1 350 ℃,thermal shock resistance and slag erosion resistance of the castable.
