高等农业院校巩固深化主题教育探索与实践——以沈阳农业大学“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育为例

摘　　要：在推动开展"不忘初心、牢记使命"主题教育过程中,沈阳农业大学党委以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,着重落实学习教育、调查研究、检视问题和整改落实四项措施,抓实抓好"不忘初心、牢记使命"主题教育并取得较好的实践经验:一是提升党员干部政治站位,抓好主题教育组织领导;二是深学主题教育理论,筑牢党员干部思想根基;三是扎实开展实践调查研究,查摆实际问题症结所在;四是严格落实整改措施,确保主题教育落地生根。对此,高等院校要巩固深化"不忘初心、牢记使命"主题教育的长效机制,坚持主题教育建章立制,实现常态长效教育;坚持思想引领作用,强化党员党性教育;科学设计主题教育,深入实践调查研究;开展政治体检机制,用好批评和自我批评;落实执行责任,巩固深化教育成效,最终为高等院校不忘初心、牢记使命制度化建设打下坚实的基础。In the process of promoting the thematic education of "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind", guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Shenyang Agricultural University Party Committee has focused on the implementation of four measures: learning education, investigation and research, review of problems, and rectification and implementation,and firmly grasped the good practical experience of thematic education "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind".These valuable experiences include promoting the political stance of party members and cadres and paying adequate attention to thematic educational organizational leadership, learning more about thematic educational theories and laying a solid idealistic foundation of party members and cadres, improving practical investigation studies and finding out the crux of practical problems, and strictly implementing corrective measures and ensuring thematic education applied into practice.Therefore, in order to consolidate and deepen the long-term mechanism of thematic education of "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind", colleges and universities should stick to the rules and regulations of thematic education and realize normal long-term education, adhere to the leading role of thought and strengthen party members’ party spirit education, scientifically design subject education and conduct in-depth research, carry out political examination mechanism and make good use of criticism and self-criticism. Finally, in order to lay a solid foundation for the institutionalized construction of "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind", it is also significant for colleges and universities to focus on the implementation of responsibilities, consolidate and deepen the effectiveness of education.
