摘　　要：以相同条件下饲养的同日龄浙东白鹅和霍尔多巴吉鹅为试材,研究遗传效应和再生过程对鹅羽绒性能的影响。结果表明:(1)120日龄霍尔多巴吉鹅羽绒产量和品质均优于浙东白鹅;(2)试验组经过两次羽绒采集后,其正羽和绒羽量显著高于对照组仅一次的采集量。再生羽绒的绒朵长度、千朵绒质量和蓬松度等指标均高于首次采集的羽绒;(3)浙东白鹅经过45 d,霍尔多巴吉鹅仅经过42 d的羽绒再生过程后,正羽量和绒羽量均可达到并超过第1次的采集量,绒朵长度、千朵绒质量和蓬松度也达到第1次采集的羽绒水平;(4)羽绒再生过程显示,经过30 d左右发育,鹅整体表均再次覆盖1 cm以上的绒毛,且羽毛丰满,不见皮肤,42—45 d后羽绒产量可达到采集羽绒前水平。主冀羽生长速度与成熟期滞后于绒羽。综上,鹅羽绒再生可增加羽绒产量,提高羽绒品质。霍尔多巴吉鹅产绒性能较好,绒再生速度快,绒朵长度、千朵绒质量和蓬松度等相对优质,是培育绒用鹅品系的良好素材。In order to study the effects of goose breeds and down regeneration on down production,Zhedong geese and Holdobaghi geese,with the same age and cultured under the same conditions were selected.The results showed that:(1)The down yield and quality of Holdobaghi geese were better than that of Zhedong white goose at 120 days old.(2)In the experimental group,after 2 times of feathers collection at the age of 120 and 165 days,the gross weight and the pile weight were much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The down length,kilo-down weight and fill power were higher than that of the first.(3)Feather weight and down weight could reach and exceed the first production after regeneration.The down length,kilo-down weight and fill power also reached the first level.(4)After 30 days of growth,the whole body surfaces of geese were covered with more than one centimeter of down again,and the feathers were plump.The growth speed and mature period of plumulaceous feather lagged behind that of pennaceous feather.Holdobaghi goose has better down production,faster down regeneration speed,higher quality of down length,kilo-down weight and fill power.It has good genetic characters for down line breeding.
