摘  要:以聚亚苯基砜(PPSU)为基膜材料、合成的铝基MOFs材料MIL-68(Al)为添加粒子,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备了MOFs掺杂量不同的MIL-68(Al)/PPSU混合基质膜。对所制得的MIL-68(Al)进行表征,考察了MIL-68(Al)不同的掺杂量对混合基质膜的微观形貌及分离性能的影响。结果表明,当加入质量分数1%的MIL-68(Al)时,膜中出现均匀的孔道结构;此时,水通量可达到137.14 L/(m^(2)·h),比纯膜提高了17.96%,对甲基紫溶液的截留率为92.94%。另外,MIL-68(Al)的加入使膜的抗污染能力有所提高。MIL-68(Al)/PPSU mixed matrix membranes with different MIL-68(Al)contents have been fabricated by means of the immersion precipitation process using polyphenylene sulfone(PPSU)as base membrane material,and MIL-68(Al),a synthesized Al-based metal organic frameworks material,as adding particles.MIL-68(Al)synthesized is characterized,and the effects of different doping amount of MIL-68(Al)on the microstructure and separation performance of mixed matrix membranes are discussed.The results indicate that an evenly distributed pore structure forms in the membranes when MIL-68(Al)dosage is 1 wt%.Water flux of these membranes can reach 137.14 L/(m^(2)·h),which is 17.96%higher than that of pure membranes.The retention rate of MIL-68(Al)/PPSU to methyl violet solution reaches 92.94%.In addition,MIL-68(Al)/PPSU shows a higher fouling resistance because of the addition of MIL-68(Al).
