摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的多孔海绵状CoFe_(2)O_(4)尖晶石晶体,滴铸在玻璃碳电极(glassy carbon electrode,GCE)上作为修饰电极,继续滴加Nafion形成CoFe_(2)O_(4)/Nafion/GCE电极。在优化的条件下,修饰电极在0.02~0.10μmol/L内对于Pb(Ⅱ)的检测灵敏度为68.50μA/(μmol·L),检测下限(limit of detection,LOD)为7.3 nmol/L(通过3σ方法计算)。进一步的XPS表征说明了活性材料对于重金属的络合作用。评估了所制备电极的重复性、干扰性以及实际湖水检测,结果均表明其优异的性能以及潜在的实用性。因此,CoFe_(2)O_(4)尖晶石晶体是潜在的重金属检测新型传感材料。Porous sponge-like CoFe_(2)O_(4)spinel crystals are prepared by the sol-gel method,and casted by dropping on a glassy carbon electrode(GCE)to make a modified electrode,on which Nafion is dropped in succeed to form CoFe_(2)O_(4)/Nafion/GCE electrode.Results show that under the optimized conditions,the linear range of Pb(Ⅱ)by CoFe_(2)O_(4)/Nafion/GCE is 0.02-0.10μmol,with a sensitivity of 68.50μA/(μmol·L)and a detection limit of 7.3 nmol(calculated by the 3σmethod).XPS characterization demonstrates the complexation of active materials in the electrode with heavy metals.Subsequently,the repeatability,interference and actual lake water detection of the prepared electrode are evaluated,and it is verified to have excellent performance and potential practicability.Therefore,CoFe_(2)O_(4)spinel crystal is a potential new sensor material for heavy metal detection.
