振源胶囊对冠心病伴抑郁患者负性情绪及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究振源胶囊对冠心病伴抑郁患者负性情绪及对心功能的影响。方法回顾性选取2018年7月至2019年4月德州市人民医院收治的冠心病伴抑郁患者167例。根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=82)和观察组(n=85)。对照组进行常规治疗和心理干预,观察组在对照组基础上使用振源胶囊治疗。观察2组患者治疗3个月后临床疗效、心功能疗效,治疗前与治疗3个月后的抑郁状态、炎症因子[白细胞介素6(IL-6),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗3个月后,观察组治疗总有效率为88.24%,高于对照组的68.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心功能总有效率92.94%,高于对照组的69.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组HAMD评分为(12.08±2.84)分,低于对照组[(15.60±2.97)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平分别为(12.17±4.35)pg/mL、(1.08±0.58)ng/mL、(12.18±4.27)mg/L,均低于对照组[(15.12±3.38)pg/mL、(1.70±0.68)ng/mL、(18.61±6.46)mg/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全性方面,2组患者在治疗过程中未出现心力衰竭、心肌梗死、血压、血糖升高、心动过缓、室性早搏及房颤等不良反应。结论振源胶囊治疗冠心病伴抑郁患者可提高心功能疗效,改善抑郁状态,减轻炎性反应,临床疗效较好,具有较好应用前景。Objective To explore the effect of Zhenyuan Capsule on negative emotion and heart function in patients with coronary heart disease and depression.Methods A total of 167 patients with coronary heart disease and depression admitted to Dezhou People's Hospital from July 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group(n=82)and observation group(n=85)by different treatment methods.The control group received conventional treatment and psychological intervention,and the observation group was supplemented with Zhenyuan capsule.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function efficacy after 3 months of treatment,depression and inflammatory factors[interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]levels before and after 3 months of treatment and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.24%,which was higher than 68.29%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of cardiac function in the observation group was 92.94%,which was higher than that 69.51%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the HAMD score in the observation group was(12.08±2.84)points,which were lower than those in the control group[(15.60±2.97)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the observation group were(12.17±4.35)pg/mL,(1.08±0.58)ng/mL,(12.18±4.27)mg/L,which all lower than those in the control group[(15.12±3.38)pg/mL,(1.70±0.68)ng/mL,(18.61±6.46)mg/L],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of
